Job summary

RailPros is seeking a Rail Systems Project Manager 2 to oversee rail signaling, communications, and control system projects. You will manage scope, schedule and budget while coordinating engineering, production, testing, and field staff across multiple sites.

The role requires advanced project management and technical know-how, with accountability for on-time delivery, budget compliance, and client satisfaction in a dynamic rail environment.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in integration or construction management with 3+ years in rail.
• Knowledge of track circuits, wayside signals, switch machines, and grade crossing equipment.
• Willingness to travel to meet with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team for the organization.
• Develop and maintain project management plans (scope, schedule, budget, resources).
• Coordinate design development, procurement, production, testing, installation, and commissioning.
