Job summary

Wabtec is seeking a Program Manager to deliver complex rail signaling and systems integration programs across North America. You will manage commercial, technical, and contractual performance in a matrix organization, coordinating customers, primes, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure compliant and successful outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, project controls, procurement, finance, and field operations to align resources, manage risks, and drive on-schedule,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 5-7 years' experience in Project/Program Management.
• 5+ years managing multi-year, complex regulated projects/programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead full program lifecycle: bid support → execution → testing & commissioning → closeout.
• Deliver programs: On schedule and within budget.
• Ensure revenue, margin, and cash flow targets are met.
• Own full contract performance, including scope management and change orders.
• Identify and mitigate technical and commercial risks; develop recovery plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners; lead executive reviews.
