Job summary

Wabtec's Digital Intelligence - Signaling & Systems team is seeking a Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex rail signaling and systems integration programs across North America. You will manage commercial, technical, and contractual performance of multi-year transportation programs in a matrix organization.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 5-7 years in program management and 5+ years of leading multi-year, regulated programs;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 5-7 years' experience in Project/ Program Management.
• 5+ years managing multi-year, complex regulated projects/programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead full program lifecycle: bid support → execution → testing & commissioning → closeout.
• Deliver programs on schedule and within budget with revenue, margin, and cash targets.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, customer specifications, and governance standards.
• Lead or oversee change orders, cost control, forecasting, and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage external partners for integrated rail systems.
