Job summary

Wabtec in Jacksonville is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex rail signaling and systems integration programs across North America. You will be responsible for commercial, technical, and contractual performance across multi-year projects, coordinating customers, primes, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires a engineering/PM background with 5–7 years in project/program management and 5+ years handling

Qualifications

You must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field.
5-7 years' experience in Project/Program Management.
5+ years managing multi-year, complex regulated programs.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program delivery from bid support through execution, testing, commissioning and closeout.
Drive on-schedule, on-budget program delivery in line with revenue, margin and cash targets.
Manage contract performance, including scope changes, cost control and forecasting.
Identify and mitigate technical and commercial risks; develop recovery plans and actions.
Lead cross-functional, multi-party coordination with customers, primes and suppliers.
Conduct regular program reviews, reporting, and executive communications.
