Job summary

Wabtec Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of complex rail signaling and systems integration programs across North America, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 5–7 years of PM experience with multi-year programs; relocation support may be provided for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field
• 5-7 years’ experience in Project/ Program Management
• 5+ years managing multi-year, complex regulated projects/programs

Responsibilities

• Lead full program lifecycle: bid support → execution → testing & commissioning → closeout
• Deliver programs on schedule, within budget, and aligned with revenue, margin and cash targets
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, customer specifications, and governance standards
• Lead systems integration of CBTC/ATC/PTC, wayside/onboard, communications, SCADA, OCC and interfaces

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
