Job summary

Wabtec is seeking a Program Manager to deliver complex rail signaling and systems integration programs across North America. You will own the end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements while coordinating multiple stakeholders.

The role requires 5-7 years in project/program management, experience with multi-year regulated programs, and a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. Relocation assistance may be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 5-7 years' experience in Project/ Program Management.
• 5+ years managing multi-year, complex regulated projects/programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead full program lifecycle: bid support → execution → testing & commissioning → closeout.
• Deliver programs on schedule and within budget.
• Align with revenue, margin, and cash flow targets.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and customer specifications.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams, customers, primes, and suppliers.
