Job summary

Wabtec is seeking a Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex rail signaling and systems integration programs across North America within the Digital Intelligence – Signaling & Systems P&L. You will oversee commercial, technical, and contractual performance on multi-year projects across CBTC, PTC, SCADA, and multi-system integrations.

You will work in a matrix organization, directing cross-functional teams and coordinating customers, primes, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 5-7 years’ experience in Project/ Program Management.
• 5+ years managing multi-year, complex regulated projects/programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver programs on schedule, within budget, and aligned to revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and customer specifications.
• Lead delivery of integrated signaling and multi-system architectures (CBTC/ATC/PTC).
• Manage interface definitions and cross-system integration planning.
• Lead risk, opportunity, and governance across programs.
• Drive executive-level program reviews and communications.
