Job summary

Wabtec is seeking a Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex rail signaling and systems integration programs across North America within the Digital Intelligence – Signaling & Systems P&L.

The role focuses on commercial, technical, and contractual performance across multi-year programs, coordinating customers, primes, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver fully integrated rail systems compliant with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, PM or related field.
• 5-7 years’ experience in Project/Program Management.
• 5+ years managing multi-year, complex regulated projects/programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver programs on schedule, within budget, and aligned to revenue/margin targets.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, customer specs, and safety standards.
• Lead delivery of integrated signaling and multi-system architectures (CBTC/ATC/PTC) and related subsystems.
• Manage interfaces (ICDs), cross-system planning, and coordination across disciplines and partners.
• Oversee earned value, forecasting, and risk-adjusted financial performance.
• Lead executive-level reviews and maintain strong customer relationships.
