Job summary

Wabtec in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks a customer-facing program leader to drive automation and digital service delivery for rail customers. You will oversee complex programs across software, data, and connected technologies, partnering with engineering, product, and commercial teams to improve performance and long-term value realization.

You will lead governance, track KPIs, manage forecasts and margins, and communicate progress through regular reviews.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading cross-functional programs in software/data/automation.
• Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial forecasting, margin analysis and value discussions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive automation service strategy aligned with Digital Intelligence.
• Lead cross-functional programs connecting customer needs with solutions.
• Establish program governance, KPIs, SLAs and reporting.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure value realization.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams.
• Lead business reviews and manage multi-workstream delivery.
