Job summary

Wabtec is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex rail signaling and systems integration programs across North America within the Digital Intelligence - Signaling & Systems P&L.

You will oversee commercial, technical, and contractual performance for multi-year transportation programs, coordinating customers, primes, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and on-time execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project / Program Management, or related field.
• 10+ years' experience in Project/ Program Management.
• 10+ years managing multi-year, complex regulated projects/programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead full program lifecycle from bid support to closeout.
• Deliver programs on schedule, within budget, and aligned with revenue, margin and cash targets.
• Oversee contract management, change orders and customer negotiations.
• Manage risks, forecasting, and executive-level program reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners across disciplines.
