Job summary

Wabtec is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional projects from contract proposal to execution. You will drive technical coordination, risk‑informed planning, and disciplined program controls while ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations and customers, communicate cost/schedule status, and manage EAC with stake­holder alignment. Expect 10–15% travel and a focus on sustaining long‑term customer success.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required; engineering, software, or business management preferred.
• 7–10 years of cross-functional program management experience.
• Knowledge of Systems/Software PM, EVMS, and program controls.
• Experience with Primavera, Clarity, Rally, and Oracle.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs from proposal through execution with disciplined controls.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and operations to meet cost, schedule and quality commitments.
• Communicate status, risks, and change management to customers and leadership.
• Manage EAC, resource loading, and performance baselines across programs.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks; drive decision making in a matrixed environment.
