Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional scheduling experience, including heavy civil or infrastructure projects.
• Experience supporting rail, transit, or transportation infrastructure projects.
• Experience with Primavera P6 for CPM schedules and baseline management.
• Experience with cost-loaded and/or resource-loaded schedules.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed, logic-driven construction schedules.
• Analyze resources, cost-loading, and time-phased schedules.
• Establish baselines and monitor progress against baselines.
• Perform schedule updates, variance and critical path analysis.
• Provide schedule reporting and leadership briefings.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies for the project.
