Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of RM experience on infrastructure or rail projects.
• Hands-on with IBM DOORS Next Generation RM software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project requirements database for design deliverables.
• Capture and organize requirements from design criteria and specs.
• Maintain traceability and allocate requirements across disciplines.
• Develop and maintain RVTMs and review compliance evidence.
• Ensure changes are captured and implemented in the RM system.
• Support continuous improvement of RM processes.
