SRE Engineering D.P.C. is seeking experienced full-time Quality Assurance Managers for upcoming MTA Transit projects in NYC, Metro North, and AMTRAK. Competitive salary and benefits, with opportunities on high-profile projects.

The role emphasizes QA reviews, audit scheduling, corrective actions, and collaboration with PMs, resident engineers, and quality managers. Travel to job sites and adherence to safety protocols are required.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 8 years of related work experience in construction inspections (civil/structural) and testing techniques.
• QA/QC or Quality Management experience in construction is required; rail transit project experience preferred.
• BS Degree in Engineering or related field is strongly preferred; HS Diploma/Equivalent required.
• ASQ certification(s) preferred.
• Ability to interpret written specifications, plans and construction documents.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, supervisors and inspectors.
• Detail-oriented with ability to identify non-conformance.
• A valid, clean driver's license and personal vehicle to travel to job sites preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform QA reviews of submittals per project procedures and compliance.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Resident Engineers, and Quality Managers on performance monitoring and records maintenance.
• Create and maintain project audit schedule and perform quality audits.
• Issue corrective actions and monitor compliance; identify areas for QA process improvements.
• Monitor QA/QC programs and provide training and awareness activities for continuous quality improvement.
• Attend and chair project quality meetings and support project management as needed.
• Implement and follow company and project safety protocols.
• All related duties as assigned.
