Jacobs Solutions Inc. is seeking a senior leader to drive the growth of its Rail Infrastructure practice in New Jersey. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, engage with agencies like NJ Transit and Amtrak, and deliver high-impact rail and transit programs across tracks, stations, and facilities.

You will mentor talent, strengthen client partnerships, and influence market expansion while representing Jacobs in industry forums and collaborations. Hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture.
• Substantial experience leading multidisciplinary teams delivering rail or transit infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing clients, projects, and business development in transportation.
• Knowledge of rail infrastructure design, operations, and project delivery.
• Ability to mentor teams and lead through influence and collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead Rail Infrastructure Growth — Expand and strengthen Jacobs’ rail presence in New Jersey through client engagement and market development.
• Deliver High-Impact Programs — Lead complex rail and transit projects ensuring technical, schedule, and budget performance.
• Build and Develop Teams — Recruit, mentor, and support professionals while fostering an inclusive environment.
• Strengthen Client Partnerships — Serve as a trusted advisor to transportation agencies and maintain key relationships.
• Advance Technical Excellence — Guide multidisciplinary teams delivering rail infrastructure across tracks, systems, facilities, stations, and assets.
• Represent Jacobs in the Industry — Contribute to industry groups and partnerships to elevate Jacobs' reputation.
