Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Senior-level experience with a rail or transit agency and complex capital programs.
• Professional Engineer registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Jacobs’ rail and transit business across the Northeast as a client-facing principal.
• Provide senior-level guidance to projects, framing delivery strategies and client engagement.
• Oversee planning, design, procurement, construction, and program management for major rail programs.
