Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary rail/transit projects.
• Proven success managing clients, projects and BD in transportation.
• Knowledge of rail infrastructure design, ops and delivery.
• Ability to mentor, build relationships and lead via collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rail Infrastructure Growth by expanding Jacobs’ rail presence in New Jersey.
• Deliver high-impact rail and transit programs on time and budget.
• Build and develop teams; recruit, mentor and support professionals.
• Strengthen client partnerships with transportation agencies.
• Advance technical excellence across track, systems, facilities, stations.
• Represent Jacobs in industry groups and partnerships.
