Formación

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• PE license in IL.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience delivering rail and transit transportation projects.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring engineering professionals.
• Strong project management experience, including managing scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships.
• Familiarity with rail and transit agencies and transportation clients in the Chicago market.
• Experience supporting business development, project pursuits, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of rail and transit professionals.
• Serve as a project manager and trusted advisor on complex rail and transit infrastructure projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with transit agencies, rail clients, and transportation stakeholders throughout the Chicago region.
• Support business development activities, including client engagement, strategic pursuits, proposals, and interviews.
• Oversee project performance, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Partner with regional and national teams to deliver integrated solutions and share best practices.
• Support recruiting, staff development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, safety, inclusion, and technical excellence.
