Job summary

RailPros is seeking a Project Control Specialist IV in Seattle to support major rail and transit programs. You will lead scheduling, cost control, document control, and progress reporting for multiple projects, and mentor junior staff while advancing PMIS and SharePoint capabilities.

The role emphasizes data analysis, SOP development, and training, with limited travel to RailPros sites and client locations. Bachelors degree and 6–8 years of transit/rail PM experience required.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–8 years in Transit/Rail experience.
• Program Management experience and Earned Value Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project schedules from scratch and maintain throughout the life cycle.
• Develop and maintain project cost control tracking and monitor budgets/expenditures.
• Establish and manage document control system.
• Review invoices and deliverables; coordinate meetings and action items.
• Lead PMIS development and SharePoint site usage; provide team training.
