Qualifications

• ARRT Radiography certification required; 2 years' radiologic technologist experience preferred.
• Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 6 months to 1 year related experience or training.

Responsabilités

• Oversees daily department operations and manages non-labor expenses, activities and inventory.
• Positions patients and performs imaging procedures independently; analyzes results and addresses image quality issues.
• Completes all required documentation for procedures (regulatory, billing, distribution).
• Prepares and administers contrast media/medications per state and federal regulations.
• Implements radiation protection and safety standards; ensures department compliance.
• Covers chief tech duties as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
