Qualifications

• Five+ years in coding education, coding audit, or education coordination.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, modifiers, and payer requirements.
• Experience educating physicians and clinical staff in Radiation Oncology is required.
• Ability to create presentations, coding tools, and provider feedback.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and BI/analytics tools helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide radiation oncology coding, documentation, billing, and reimbursement education.
• Develop and deliver education through sessions, webinars, and written guidance.
• Lead education needs analysis from audits, denials, and payer changes.
• Create tools, tip sheets, and case studies for providers and staff.
• Coordinate education schedules and track completion and impact.
