Job summary
RTX is seeking a talented Systems Engineer to join the Systems Integration & Test group in Woburn, MA. You will support X-Band radar technology, performing data analysis, system integration, and testing to meet program milestones.
Ideal candidates have strong experience in radar, systems engineering, and software/hardware testing, with willingness to travel 10% as needed. This U.S.-based role offers relocation eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
- Degree in STEM field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MATLAB, Python, C/C++, Linux/Unix.
- Experience with systems engineering, radar data analysis, integration, verification, validation and testing.
Responsibilities
- Participate in integration and test planning/execution and perform scenario-based analysis.
- Complete system performance assessments and validation testing to ensure requirements compliance.
- Execute integration plans and testing activities according to milestones/schedules.
- Integrate and test radar system software builds in a HWIL facility for data analysis and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-program leads to generate test approaches and ensure readiness.
