Qualifications

• BS, MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering or similar field.
• 5–8+ years of engineering experience.
• Hands-on radar systems experience: development, production, real-world use.
• Experience with testing, verification, and validation workflows.
• Strong radar signal processing understanding.

Responsibilities

• Perform radar system verification and validation (V&V) efforts
• Build and execute test plans for radar systems
• Analyze radar data and evaluate system performance
• Develop and implement automation for data collection and analysis
• Identify issues early and improve overall product quality
• Support ongoing refinement of released radar products
• Interface with antennas, RF systems, and embedded platforms
• Drive system-level improvements by challenging existing approaches
• Lead testing and system-level initiatives (not just execution)
