Job summary

Kforce has a client in Orem, UT seeking Senior Radar Signal Processing Engineers for a hybrid role focused on developing advanced radar DSP algorithms and deploying them on target hardware. You will design, test, and optimize beamforming and STAP techniques, using C++ and CUDA, with collaboration across hardware and software teams.

Qualifications include a PhD/MS/BS in a related field with 4–7+ years in radar signal processing, and proficiency in Python or MATLAB for prototyping.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field
• At least 4-7+ years of Radar Signal Process Development and/or implementation experience
• C++ programming experience within production environments is preferred
• Experience prototyping algorithms using Python and/or MATLAB would be ideal
• Solid background in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and numerical analysis, including Fourier transforms, digital filters, optimization, linear algebra, and statistical estimation
• Solid working or academic knowledge of radar algorithms, including Beamforming; STAP (Space-Time Adaptive Processing); Phased arrays, MIMO, and CFAR

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a couple of Senior Radar Signal Processing Engineers in Orem, UT (Hybrid Remote). Overview: Our client is seeking a Senior Radar Signal Processing Engineer to develop advanced radar and digital signal processing algorithms for next-generation sensing systems. This role requires experience in DSP, radar algorithms. We are working directly with the hiring manager on this search assignment. This position is hybrid remote.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
