Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with extensive system integration and test background.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on airborne radar hardware and test campaigns.
• Proven ability to develop test documentation, plans, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level hardware integration and test for airborne radar systems from integration to sell-off.
• Own lab assets, test benches, and integration labs; coordinate with software, hardware, and flight test teams.
• Plan and execute radar flight tests, including acting as flight test director when required.
