Northrop Grumman in Baltimore, MD seeks a Sr. Staff Systems Integration & Test Engineer Lead for APG‑81 radar. You will lead hardware integration, test planning, and lab/flight test activities in a fast‑paced, onsite environment.

The role requires deep radar hardware knowledge, strong leadership, and collaboration with software, antenna, and EW teams; U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 14 years of relevant experience; Master’s with 12 years; or PhD with 10 years.
• Significant system integration and test experience on complex airborne radar systems.
• Hands‑on experience with EMD programs and lab/flight test environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to interface with customers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level hardware integration and test for APG‑81 and similar radar architectures.
• Own and manage radar system integration labs and test benches (SILs).
• Coordinate lab/test asset readiness across software, hardware, and operations teams.
• Lead or support flight test planning and execution, including as flight test director when required.
• Develop verification plans, test scripts, and formal test reports.
