Job summary

Echodyne Corp is seeking a Senior RF Test / Debug Engineer to help develop and produce high-performance radar systems. You will plan and execute RF measurements, analyze data, and drive improvements in test methods and equipment.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on RF measurement experience, lab PCB work, and knowledge of RF metrics. This exempt role offers competitive compensation and benefits for US-based employees.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering or Physics with 5–7+ years hands-on RF measurement.
• Eligibility to handle export-controlled data (ITAR, EAR).
• Experience with RF measurement basics: return-loss, gain, noise-figure, compression, bandwidth.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform measurements on Echodyne Radar RF subsystems and components.
• Compile and analyze data to derive key performance metrics and root-cause insights.
• Design, maintain and improve RF test capabilities, fixtures, and equipment.
• Collaborate with electrical engineering, systems, and manufacturing to identify metrics and procedures.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
