Echodyne seeks a Manufacturing Test Development Manager to lead a team of test engineers and technicians, shaping production test systems for high-performance radars. You will collaborate with design, systems, and software teams to ensure quality and efficiency, and drive DFT guidelines and supplier testing programs.

Expect involvement with RF/microwave test equipment, PCBAs, and contract manufacturers. This exempt, US-based role offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in electrical, electronic, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years leading test engineering teams in electronics manufacturing.
• 5+ years designing and fabricating custom test systems.
• Experience with PCBA/electronic assemblies testing and contract manufacturers.
• Familiarity with RF/microwave radar test equipment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a staff of test engineers and technicians for production test systems.
• Define sub-system and system test coverage with design, systems and software teams.
• Design and release new manufacturing test processes, hardware, and data infra.
• Collaborate with third-party test integration companies.
• Create DFT guidelines to influence radar designs.
• Support supply chain with RF and high-speed PCBAs; test at supplier and internal sites.
• Lead corrective actions and continuous improvement for test processes.
