Job summary

RTX is seeking a highly experienced engineer for the Receiver/Exciter & Processing Architecture (REPA) team in Massachusetts. The role focuses on data analysis, integration, verification, and system-level troubleshooting across multiple programs, with opportunities to advance AI/ML and statistical process control initiatives.

Applicants must hold a STEM degree with extensive experience in integration and testing, plus the ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires a STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years in system or subsystem integration, verification, and test.
• 3+ years of programming in Python, Java or MATLAB.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Receiver/Exciter data analysis, hardware/firmware/software integration, and system-level troubleshooting.
• Execute module and subsystem design verification testing across multiple program environments.
• Support automated test software integration for hardware platforms in a production environment.
• Contribute to AI/ML and SPC initiatives to reduce test cycle time.
