Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) in Pennsylvania seeks a Radar Project Coordinator to lead complex radar capability development at Tobyhanna Army Depot. You will manage planning, acquisition, logistics, engineering integration, testing, installation, and sustainment of multiple radar initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Engineering degree preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years of technical project or program management experience in engineering, defense sustainment, radar systems.
  • Must have and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end radar capability projects from planning to sustainment.
  • Direct capability development for Sentinel A4, LRDR, and related radar systems.
  • Build and manage Integrated Master Schedules with milestones, installation sequencing, calibration, and training.
  • Lead engineering assessments and facility integration for radar test stations and related systems.
  • Oversee specification development and integration of PXI systems, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, RF amplifiers, and diagnostics.
  • Manage project risks, schedules, budgets, documentation, and mitigation strategies; standardize workflows with Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Ensure activities comply with IPC, JSTD, OSHA, NIST, HazMat, base access, environmental, and safety requirements.
  • Serve as liaison between TYAD leadership, OEM partners, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Produce data packages, layout plans, utility reports, test plans, progress reports, and acceptance documentation.
  • Perform facility walkthroughs, equipment validation, safety inspections, and installation oversight.
  • Travel up to 10 percent to OEM sites and facilities.
