Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Integration, Analysis & Test Engineer to join a team supporting the full radar product lifecycle—from development and design verification through transition to production and field support.

This on-site role is based in Massachusetts (Tewksbury or Marlborough) with some travel between sites. You will perform data analysis, hardware/software integration, and system-level testing across programs, and contribute to AI/ML initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• Minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
• 3+ years of programming experience in Python, Java or MATLAB.
• 3+ years of experience with system, subsystem, and/or component analysis, design, or test.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain an Interim Secret security clearance.
• Active/Existing Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform Receiver/Exciter data analysis, hardware/software integration, and system-level troubleshooting.
• Execute module and subsystem design verification testing across multiple program environments.
• Support automated test software integration for hardware platforms in a production environment.
• Contribute to AI/ML and statistical process control initiatives to reduce factory test cycle time.
