Kforce Inc. is seeking Senior Radar Signal Processing Engineers in Orem, Utah, with hybrid remote work.

The role focuses on developing advanced radar and DSP algorithms for next-generation sensing systems, requiring strong DSP expertise, radar knowledge, and production-grade C++/CUDA implementation. The position involves validating algorithms, optimizing performance, and collaborating across hardware and software teams to meet system requirements.

Qualificações

• BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 4–7+ years of Radar Signal Process Development and/or implementation experience.
• C++ in production environments preferred; others considered.
• Experience prototyping with Python and/or MATLAB is ideal.
• Strong DSP and numerical analysis background, including Fourier transforms and digital filters.
• Knowledge of radar algorithms: Beamforming, STAP, MIMO, CFAR.

Responsabilidades

• Design and validate DSP algorithms for detection, calibration, parameter estimation, and interference mitigation.
• Develop and optimize radar algorithms for real-world applications.
• Implement solutions in C++ and CUDA for deployment on target hardware.
• Test with real-world data, refine algorithm performance, and collaborate with hardware teams.
