Job summary

Kforce Inc is seeking a Senior Radar Signal Processing Engineer in Orem, UT (Hybrid Remote) to develop advanced radar and DSP algorithms for next‑gen sensing systems. The role requires hands‑on experience with DSP, radar algorithms, and production C++ code.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in radar signal processing, proficiency in C++ and CUDA, and experience with Python or MATLAB for prototyping. Collaboration with hardware teams will ensure radar system requirements are met in a hybrid work

Qualifications

Requires BS/MS/PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field
3–5+ years of Radar Signal Processing development/implementation
C++ production experience preferred
Experience prototyping with Python and/or MATLAB
Strong DSP and numerical analysis background: FFTs, filters, optimization, linear algebra, estimation
Knowledge of radar algorithms: Beamforming, STAP, phased arrays, MIMO, CFAR

Responsibilities

Design and validate DSP algorithms for detection, RF calibration, parameter estimation, and interference mitigation
Develop and optimize radar algorithms for real‑world applications
Implement solutions in C++ and CUDA for target hardware
Use real‑world data to test, validate, and refine algorithm performance
Collaborate with hardware and applications teams to meet radar system requirements
