Job summary

Kforce has a client in Orem, UT that is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Radar Systems Engineer to support development, testing, and scaling of advanced radar systems. Hybrid remote role with opportunities to contribute to production growth.

The ideal candidate has hands-on radar experience in signal processing, V&V, and system-level engineering, with collaboration across algorithm, embedded, and mechanical teams to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• BS, MS or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering or similar fields.
• 1–4+ years of relevant engineering work experience; MS/Ph.D. candidates with radar experience considered.
• Experience with radar systems: development and production.
• Hands-on radar data analysis and interpretation of outputs and test results.
• Experience in testing, verification, and validation workflows is a plus.
• Radar signal processing experience is desired.
• System-level understanding of radar systems beyond components.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to operate in a fast-scaling, high-impact environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform radar system verification and validation (V&V) efforts.
• Build and execute test plans for radar systems.
• Analyze radar data and evaluate system performance.
• Develop and implement automation for data collection and analysis.
• Identify issues early and improve overall product quality.
• Collaborate with algorithm, embedded, and mechanical teams.
• Interface with antennas, RF systems, and embedded platforms.
• Drive system-level improvements and testing initiatives.
