Kforce has a client in Orem, UT that is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Radar Systems Engineer to support development, testing, and scaling of advanced radar systems. Hybrid remote role with opportunities to contribute to production growth.

The ideal candidate has hands-on radar experience in signal processing, V&V, and system-level engineering, with collaboration across algorithm, embedded, and mechanical teams to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• BS, MS or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering or similar fields.
• 1–4+ years of relevant engineering work experience; MS/Ph.D. candidates with radar experience considered.
• Experience with radar systems: development and production.
• Hands-on radar data analysis and interpretation of outputs and test results.
• Experience in testing, verification, and validation workflows is a plus.
• Radar signal processing experience is desired.
• System-level understanding of radar systems beyond components.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to operate in a fast-scaling, high-impact environment.

Kforce has a client in Orem, UT that is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Radar Systems Engineer. We are working directly with the hiring manager on this exclusive search assignment. This role will be Hybrid Remote. The client offers a competitive compensation package including base salary and equity.

Overview: We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Radar Systems Engineer to support the development, testing, and scaling of advanced radar systems. This role fills a critical capability gap and will directly contribute to significant production growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on radar systems experience either academically and/or in a work setting, particularly in signal processing, verification & validation, and system-level engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform radar system verification and validation (V&V) efforts
• Build and execute test plans for radar systems
• Analyze radar data and evaluate system performance
• Develop and implement automation for data collection and analysis
• Identify issues early and improve overall product quality
• Support ongoing refinement of released radar products
• Interface with hardware components including antennas, RF systems, and embedded platforms
• Drive system-level improvements by challenging existing approaches
• Perform testing and system-level initiatives (not just execution)

Requirements

• Experience working with radar systems: Development, production
• Hands-on experience with: Radar data analysis; Interpreting system outputs and test results is preferred
• Experience with testing, verification, and validation workflows is a plus
• Experience in radar signal processing either in a work setting or academically is desired
• System-level understanding of radar systems (beyond components) is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience with radar algorithms and/or tracker development
• Exposure to FMCW radar systems (Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave)

Compensation

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
