Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to support and oversee repair of Refrigeration HVAC equipment in local Walmart stores. The role requires advanced commercial HVAC skills and hands-on use of tools to complete jobs.

You will work within the Walmart facilities team, handle emergency calls, document repairs, and ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA guidelines. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience.
• EPA certification for refrigerant handling (Type I/II or Universal).
• Valid state driver's license with a clean MVR.
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using commercial HVAC skills and tools.
• Receive and document repair Work Orders via the system to support stores.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete required safety training and follow OSHA/EPA guidelines.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights frequently.
