Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician for our local store facilities team. You will support and oversee repair of refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills with hand, digital, and power tools to complete jobs.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance, EPA Type I/II or Universal certification, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• EPA Type I/Type II or Universal Certification for refrigerant handling.
• Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility Refrigeration HVAC equipment using hand tools, digital tools, and power tools.
• Receive and document repair Work Orders to support Stores and Store associates.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete required training to operate tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and Walmart safety policies.
