Job summary
Walmart is seeking a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to support and oversee repair of Refrigeration HVAC equipment across our local stores. You will utilize commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills, hand tools, digital tools, and power tools to complete jobs.
The role requires extensive experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. Compensation includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus (location-dependent) and bonus incentives, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
- Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience.
- EPA refrigerant handling certification (Type I/II or Universal).
- Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
- 18+ with High School Diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment.
- Use the work order system to receive and document repairs.
- Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
- Inspect facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
- Complete required training to operate equipment safely.
- Follow OSHA and EPA guidelines and Walmart safety policy.
- Lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights frequently.
