Job summary

Celestica in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Lead Engineer for Systems/Applications Validation to own test systems for rack-level servers and hyperscale compute and network racks. You will work with design, customers, supply chain and project managers to ensure new product release readiness, developing validation plans, test cases and coverage across hardware and software elements.

Qualifications

• Rack-level system integration expertise (hands-on) 3+ years.
• Experience with servers, accelerators, switches and high-power shelves.
• Strong Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu/CentOS) experience.
• Scripting in Python, Perl or Shell; REST API and Ansible.
• Test automation and AI tooling usage.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute validation and integration for AI compute racks.
• Develop system integration test plans and coverage.
• Set up test systems and perform hands-on racking and stacking.
• Document procedures, results and metrics; report findings.
• Collaborate with design, program managers, customers and vendors.
• Identify opportunities to automate tests and apply AI tooling.
