Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead system integration test and validation for AI compute racks. The role focuses on designing and executing validation across hardware and software, coordinating with design teams and customers to ensure readiness for product releases.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years of rack-level testing experience, strong hardware/firmware integration skills, and proficiency in test automation. The position is on-site in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in system integration test or validation.
• Rack-level system integration experience with servers, accelerators, switches, CDU systems and high-power shelves.
• Strong background in hardware/software/firmware integration and verification.
• Ability to design test plans, create and execute tests, and generate detailed reports.

Responsibilities

• Design & execute validation and integration of components within advanced AI compute racks.
• Develop system integration test solutions and participate in project planning, scheduling and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineers, program managers, customers and vendors.
• Own test setup and execution for rack-level servers and hyperscale compute & network racks.
• Automate system integration testing and leverage AI tools for planning, execution and analysis.
• Document procedures, test plans, results and performance metrics with thorough reporting.
