Job summary

You will read rack elevation drawings, read rack elevation drawings, setup network test cables, deploy firmware updates, and use Python scripts in a Linux environment to automate validation and data collection while working with test bed software and equipment.

Qualifications

• Two to four years relevant experience.
• Two to three year community college diploma in a related field.
• Experience with testing server racks and Linux command line helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provides complex technical support for testing integrated L11 rack systems and fully populated server enclosures.
• Sets up and executes tests, diagnostic software, and validation procedures on complete server and network racks.
• Reads and analyzes rack elevation drawings, cable routing maps, and network topologies.
• Deploys firmware updates and updates test bed software across rack components.
