Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides complex technical support for testing server racks and enclosures.
• Sets up and runs tests, diagnostics, and validation procedures.
• Reads rack elevation drawings and network topology maps.
• Assists in design and debugging of rack test cables and equipment.
• Executes Python scripts to automate rack validation and data collection.
• Deploys firmware updates on rack components.
• Familiar with Linux OS and basic command-line for config and logs.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, and rack connectivity.
