MonoSol is seeking a maintenance leader to supervise daily plant maintenance, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations. You will guide Technician Shift Leaders, align maintenance with production priorities, and drive reliability initiatives using CMMS data and RCA findings.

The role involves coordinating with Safety, Quality, and Engineering to reduce downtime and improve asset performance, with strong leadership and communication essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience with supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
• Experience supervising maintenance personnel and coordinating with operations.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support daily maintenance activities for safe, reliable plant operations.
• Oversee maintenance execution through Technician Shift Leaders and coordinate with Production.
• Provide guidance to technicians; ensure maintenance planning aligns with production needs.
• Utilize CMMS data and RCA findings to guide reliability improvements.
• Coordinate with Safety, Quality, Production, and Engineering to minimize downtime.
