Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 5+ years applying software development practices in a regulated, high-tech environment.
• 5+ years proven engineering leadership experience.
• Strong experience with agile software development.
• Experience with GitLab, CI/CD, and hardware-in-the-loop testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Software Engineering team responsible for software across all products and factory support.
• Oversee software requirements, architecture, design, integration and testing across projects.
• Ensure disciplined execution of software deliverables and artifacts.
• Drive compliance with regulated industry standards including open-source software.
• Develop coaching, mentoring and performance management for engineers.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal customers and other disciplines.
