Nestlé Health Science is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive large, strategic R&D initiatives across functions. You will coordinate cross-category programs sponsored by senior leaders, ensuring delivery on scope, time, and budget while aligning with NHW and CSV goals.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, coaching, and rapid prototyping to accelerate innovation. A PMP certification and a strong track record in matrix environments are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required; Masters preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Operations, or R&D and/or Corporate Functions with at least 3 years’ project management experience.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams as project manager or team leader in a matrix organization.
• Experience with I2L process and new project management processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to steering committees.
