Job summary

Nestlé Health Science seeks a seasoned project leader to drive and manage large, strategic R&D projects sponsored by SBU Head and NPTC Head. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, operations, and business units to meet objectives.

In a matrix organization, you will optimize resources, coach teams, engage stakeholders, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while aligning with NHW and CSV strategies. A PMP or equivalent is preferred; a bachelor's in engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; Masters preferred.
• 8–10 years in Operations, R&D or Corporate Functions; 3+ years PM experience.
• PMP certification.
• Proven ability to lead teams and work in a matrix organization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
