Job summary

Nestlé Health Science seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end I&R, TDC, and related initiatives across NHSc US. You will drive cross-functional alignment, ensure on-time delivery, and champion I2L, continuous improvement, and operational excellence to accelerate growth and improve productivity.

The role offers remote or hybrid work based on location, with a strong preference for candidates near Bridgewater, NJ.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
PMP certification preferred.
5+ years leading cross-functional projects (NPD/PLM/tech transfer).
Experience with Stage-Gate and structured PM methodologies.
Proficient with PM software, portfolio mgmt systems, and reporting tools.
Strong planning, governance, and resource management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of I&R, Profit & Maintenance, TDC and related projects.
Prioritize portfolios, govern, perform stage-gate reviews, and report progress.
Develop integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and docs.
Monitor risks and issues, drive timely resolution from concept through launch.
Collaborate across Ops, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, QA, R&D, Finance, Marketing.
Coordinate technical assessments, product reformulations, transfers, and commercialization.
Present status, risks, and impacts to leadership; manage governance reviews.
Track portfolio health, launch readiness, and KPIs for planning and investment.
Develop executive dashboards and insights for decision-making.
