Culmen International LLC is seeking a Sr. Program Analyst (R&D) to support the NGA Research Directorate onsite in Springfield, VA. The role focuses on RDT&E budgeting, acquisition support, and financial execution for complex GEOINT programs.

Qualified candidates bring 15+ years in program budgeting, an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility, and NGA/NRO experience, plus a technical background and strong communication skills. CI Poly willingness is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in program budget management.
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Willingness to sit for a CI Poly.
• Must have NGA or NRO experience.
• Must have technical background and ability to describe technical capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Support RDT&E budgeting, acquisition support, and financial execution.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports for presentations and meetings.
• Coordinate with national program managers and setup tech exchange meetings.
• Draft documentation for transition policy or agreements.
• Advise researchers on tech transition topics and NGA processes.
• Coordinate with NGA Research and acquisition offices.
• Brief program status through documents and presentations.
• Prepare and review team briefings and written materials for government reviews.
• Create data collection plans and data tracking tools.
• Ensure documents require minimal edits and Government direction.
