Culmen International, LLC is seeking a Sr. Program Analyst (R&D) to support the NGA Research Directorate in Springfield, VA. Onsite role focusing on program budgeting, planning, and technical transition activities for GEOINT research.

Candidate will prepare financial analyses, coordinate with stakeholders, and support policy and document development while leveraging Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Jira, and Confluence. Mid-December 2026 start is anticipated.

Competenze

• 15+ years’ experience in program budget management.
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 36 technical credits.
• Willingness to sit for a CI Poly.
• NGA or NRO experience.

Mansioni

• Support R&D program planning, budgeting, acquisition and financial execution.
• Generate ad hoc financial reports for presentations and briefings.
• Coordinate with national program managers and facilitate meetings.
• Draft transition policy or agreement documentation.
• Advise researchers on tech transition topics and NGA processes.
• Brief and report program status through documents and presentations.
• Prepare team materials for government review and actions.
• Develop data tracking mechanisms for technology transition.
