Job summary

Culmen International LLC is hiring a Mid-Level Program Analyst to support the Office of Research and Technology Applications (ORTA) for the NGA in Springfield, VA. The role focuses on SETA support for R&D planning, budgeting, acquisition, and program documentation.

The position requires experience with cost/schedule/performance, PPBE, and DoD contracting processes. Active TS with SCI eligibility and CI poly willingness are needed.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills are required.
• Extensive knowledge of strategic business partnerships.
• Knowledge of Intellectual Property, Export Control/ITAR and security classification informs program protection.

Responsibilities

• Support NGA Research’s mission through SETA support for R&D program planning, budget formulation, and acquisition assistance.
• Assist in cost, schedule, and performance planning and execution for funding (RDT&E and O&M).
• Draft, review, and edit R&D statements of work, contracts, and related program documentation.
• Develop communications strategies to support Technology Transfer programs.
